Vice-President Xi Guang
Member of the CPC XJTU Standing Committee
Xi was born in October 1963. With a postgraduate degree and doctoral degree, he is a professor and member of the Communist Party of China.
He is in charge of Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU)'s affairs on international communication and exchanges, exchanges with Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan, humanities and social sciences studies, think-tank construction, and alumni affairs.
He has successively served as deputy dean of the School of Energy and Power Engineering at XJTU, director of the Science and Technology Division, executive vice dean of the Scientific Research Institute, and assistant president.
Since September 2014, he has been serving as vice president of XJTU and a member of the CPC XJTU Standing Committee.
