Ma Bohu, male, of the Han ethnic group, was born in December 1970. He holds a doctoral degree and is a researcher.

He is in charge of discipline inspection and supervisory affairs.

He has successively served as secretary of the Communist Youth League of China (CYLC) of Northwest Agriculture and Forest University (NWAFU); head of the Military Affairs Office, the Beijing Working Office, the Student Affairs Office, the Working Office for Graduate Students and the General Office of the NWAFU; deputy secretary of the CPC Shaanxi Normal University (SXNU) Committee; and secretary of the SXNU Discipline Inspection Commission.
