The Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Service Center of Xi'an Jiaotong University is a department which implements the national college students' employment policy and exercises the functions of student employment services, guidance, education and management. The center takes on the following primary responsibilities: collecting and releasing information about employment, entrepreneurship and further studies; handling the necessary employment procedures for graduates; managing and maintaining the employment information database of graduates; carrying out campus recruitment activities; establishing practice bases for students' employment and entrepreneurship; implementing the employment guidance project and conducting career planning and guidance activities for all students; offering elective courses such as College Students Career Development and Planning, College Students Entrepreneurship Training and Practice, etc.; carrying out entrepreneurship education and practice; managing and incubating students' entrepreneurship projects; operating and managing the national entrepreneurship and innovation space known as the "Seventh Floor Innovation Hub"; conducting employment investigations on employers and graduates and research related to college students' employment and entrepreneurship.
