The Alumni Affairs Development Office manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, guides, and advances daily alumni affairs, and implements relevant decisions regarding them.

With the purpose of "serving alumni, alma mater, and society", the office adheres to the principle of "promoting development, improving services, building ties of affection, creating win-win situations, and seeking cooperation with the alma mater", and has proposed an operating mode featuring "university planning, department coordination, school association, alumni organization interaction, and teacher-student involvement". The office will shoulder its responsibility of serving alumni, alma mater, and society, contributing to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. 

The office has been rated as a national advanced unit of alumni affairs by the Alumni Research Branch of the China Association of Higher Education and a model of university-local government cooperation by the Xi'an Science and Technology Bureau for several times.

Job responsibilities:

The office works to strengthen the construction and management of alumni organizations, cooperate with schools, disciplines, related departments and various alumni organizations, promote connection and cooperation between alumni at home and abroad and between alumni and the alma mater, serve alumni, build ties of affection between alumni, gather the power of alumni, promote their career development, seek their support, and assist in the construction of a double first-class university.
