XJTU Vice-President and member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Xi'an Jiaotong University Committee

Yan Junjie, male, of the Han ethnic group, was born in January 1967. He holds a doctoral degree and is a professor.

He is in charge of personnel management, basic education, and continuing education work.

He has successively served as vice-dean of XJTU School of Energy and Power Engineering, executive vice-dean of XJTU Institute of Science and Technology, dean and deputy Party secretary of XJTU School of Energy and Power Engineering. He was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Xi'an Jiaotong University Committee, and director of the Organization Office of the CPC Xi'an Jiaotong University Committee in June 2022. He was appointed as vice-president of XJTU in July 2023.
