XJTU wins top award at national AI education conference

XJTU's AI education platform, "Jiaoxiaozhi", wins top honor at AIEC2025.
The Artificial Intelligence Education Conference of China 2025 (AIEC2025) was recently held in Xi'an, Northwest China's Shaanxi province. More than 600 representatives from over 100 universities, research institutes, and enterprises across the country attended.
At the conference, Xi'an Jiaotong University's (XJTU) innovative case "'Jiaoxiaozhi' AI education platform: Human-computer hybrid enhanced intelligence-driven teaching innovation and practice" was awarded first prize in the national AI curriculum teaching case competition.
Jointly developed by XJTU's State Key Laboratory of Human-Computer Hybrid Enhanced Intelligence, Institute of AI and Robotics, and Network Information Center, the platform is designed to seamlessly integrate research innovation and teaching practice.
The platform utilizes both open-source and closed-source AI models, employing a natural human-computer interaction mode. By integrating intelligent plugins for research, teaching, and management, it quickly generates customized content and code based on user requests.
This empowers both teachers and students to create their own personalized AI agents, fostering collaborative problem-solving skills. Recognized for its innovation, the platform was named an excellent digital case among Chinese universities in the first half of 2025.
Today, the "Jiaoxiaozhi" platform boasts over 23,000 registered users, nearly 14,000 intelligent agents, and a library of over 53,000 documents. With nearly 100 intelligent modules and plugins covering diverse disciplines and teaching scenarios, it facilitates efficient interaction and precise knowledge delivery.
