Secretary of the CPC XJTU Committee

Wu Guosheng, male, Han ethnic group, was born in August 1967. He holds a doctorate in economics, is a researcher, and is a member of the CPC.

He presides over the work of the CPC XJTU Committee and is responsible for organizational work.

He has previously served as the deputy director-general of the Department of Science, Education and Culture of the Ministry of Finance; director-general of the Department of Finance of the Ministry of Education; executive deputy secretary of the CPC Lanzhou University Committee; and secretary of the CPC Central University of Finance and Economics Committee. In April 2026, he was appointed secretary of the CPC XJTU Committee.
