On October 31, the 2015 Fudan Management Foundation awarding ceremony, i.e., the 10th anniversary event was held at Shanghai. Mr. Xu Kuangdi, the president of Fudan Management Foundation and the vice chairman of the 10th CPPCC delegates conferred the Fudan Lifetime Award upon professor Wang Yingluo, the academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the honorary dean of XJTU School of Management.

Researchers from Stanford University, the Japanese Institute of Physical and Chemical Research, Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Xi’an Jiaotong University and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) found high electric conductivity on the magnetic domain of insulators.

Camp-Nano invented a non-destructive method on adjustment of mechanical properties of nanoscale defected crystals

Recently XJTU Center for Advancing Materials Performance from the Nanoscale (CAMP-Nano) published its latest findings online in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America (PNAS), that is, to diagnose and adjust the nanoscale defects of single crystals without changing the external shape, through low strain loading method.
