On July 30th, a delegation comprising Ehime county magistrate, speaker, and Ehime University president visited XJTU. Mr. Zhang Maizeng, Chairman of XJTU CPC Committee and Mr Zhang Jianguo, Vice Director of Shaanxi Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries met the delegation.

In his speech, Chairman Zhang expressed XJTU’s desire to reinforce partnership with Ehime University in the friendship framework, while Ehime University President stated that his university would join hands with XJTU in collaboration with universities along the ancient Silk Road.

After the meeting, Chairman Zhang and Ehime University President signed MOU and student exchange agreements on behalf of the two institutions.
