XJTU accomplished in the Fifth College Students Integrated Circuits Design Contest
From August 26 to 29, the final of the Fifth College Students Integrated Circuits Design Contest was held in Beijing. The XJTU team, which comprised three students, scored the first and therefore earned the only one first prize for the low power bandgap reference circuit section and additionally received the third innovation prize and the best organization prize.
The three-student XJTU team joined the contest for the first time. Through five months’ meticulous preparation, the team innovatively designed a low-power brandgap reference circuit with full MOS structure and outperformed on the contest, thanks to the circuit’s outstanding performances and the students’ brilliant oral defense.
