XJTU wins special award in Virtual Instruments Contest 2017
On July 17, a “Somatosensory Robot” with tactile and visual feedback designed by XJTU mechanical undergraduates won the only special award at the Virtual Instruments Contest 2017. Through open replay, visual demonstration and other required sessions, this was the only Robot to take this special award. Another robot, “Smart Housekeeper”— an emotional humanoid robot with dialogue function based on LabVIEW with mechanical expression support — took the third prize in the contest.
