Nobel Laureate granted the title of XJTU honorary professor
On October 24th, Professor Michael Levitt, the 2013 Nobel Prize winner in chemistry, visited XJTU and was granted the title of XJTU honorary professor. Professor Michael Levitt also delivered an academic speech to XJTU teachers and students.
The speech was entitled "Birth and future of multiscale modeling of macromolecules". Professor Michael Levitt encouraged young scientists to engage in scientific research with passion, perseverance, creativity and kindness.
Professor Michael Levitt is the 12th of Nobel laureates who have visited XJTU in the past five years.
