Latest development in H2 production from biomass
Recently, the research team of XJTU researcher Dr. Li Yang from the Center for Organic Chemistry of Frontier Institute of Science and Technology and the research team of Professor Matthias Beller from the Leibniz Institute for Catalysis in Germany cooperated and developed the use of non-food biomass to convert the fuel of the hydrogen cells s into electricity, achieving high efficiency and selective H2 production under relatively mild conditions. Through this technique, the reaction can be magnified to 10 gram-scaleon a laboratory scale.
