On August 19, 2018, the First Chinese Physician's Day Celebration and the 11th "Chinese Physician Prize" Ceremony, sponsored by the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, was held in the Great Hall of the People. Liu Qingguang from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University won the 11th "Chinese Physician Prize".
