Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU) made history at the 8th China International College Students' "Internet+" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, held at Chongqing University, with its international project "Smarton Technology-Power Supply EDA Software Platform" claiming third place in the championship.

Led by Professor Yang Xu from the School of Electrical Engineering at XJTU with the support of ETH Zurich, the winning project was recommended by XJTU. This remarkable achievement added to XJTU's impressive haul of two gold awards, one silver and nine bronze awards in the competition, setting a new record.

Themed as "Adventure and Innovation" and with a focus on promoting education, learning, and innovation, the "Internet+" competition has become a prestigious international event that encourages Chinese-style, international, educational, comprehensive, and innovative approaches to solving real-world problems.
