XJTU researchers develop multimodal sense-store-compute integrated neuromorphic electrochemical transistor
Professor Ma Wei's research group at the State Key Laboratory of Strength of Metal Materials, Xi'an Jiaotong University has designed a new organic electrochemical transistor (OECTs). They partnered with Professor Wang Zhongrui's research group at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, The University of Hong Kong.
They designed homogenized pulsed neural network hardware and savings pool computing systems, presenting great importance for the advancement of miniaturized edge computing AI systems.

Their research results, titled "An organic electrochemical transistor for multi-modal sensing, memory and processing" were published online in Nature Electronics.
