On May 18, the delegation visited the International University of Kyrgyzstan (IUK). Aidaraliev Arsen Asylbekovich, president of IUK, briefly introduced the current state of higher education in Kyrgyzstan and the situation at the university, expressing hopes of establishing a "Silk Road Research Center" at the university.

On May 19, the delegation visited Bukhara State Medical Institute (BSMI) and signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the institute. Laziz N.
