Advanced Materials publishes special academic issue for XJTU

Advanced Materials recently published a special academic issue (Volume 38, Issue 29) dedicated to Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU). The special issue was co-edited by Zhang Liqun, president of XJTU and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, alongside Sun Jun, director of the State Key Laboratory for Mechanical Behavior of Materials and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Featuring 34 review articles, the issue showcases the university's latest research progress and future development directions in the field of materials science and engineering.
Published by Wiley-VCH in Germany, Advanced Materials is one of the most influential international academic journals in the materials field, with an impact factor that consistently ranks among the top in the world among comprehensive materials journals. The publication of this special issue is a testament to XJTU's standing in international materials science research.
The issue provides a systematic discourse across seven major areas: advanced structural materials, energy storage materials, ferroic materials, advanced materials manufacturing and processing, AI-driven materials design, materials for AI, and sustainable and health-related materials.
